How to defragment disk & create partition with out booting process.

Hai friends i am tell about how to create and delete partitions with out booting process.

To defragment follow the simple instructions
1.On the computer.
Then Right click in the my computer.

2.Click on the manage option.
A new window open

3.Then click on the disk management option.

then select your disk and do ceate a new partition and more..
